What is it and why should I take it?
The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) is a comprehensive test that helps determine students’ eligibility and suitability for careers in the military. Students who take the ASVAB are not required to enlist in the military. The ASVAB is on the menu of state graduation guidelines. For the sake of meeting the graduation guidelines, this is a good option for Seniors who did not receive a qualifying score on the SAT or for Juniors who are worried about getting a qualifying score on the SAT.
